Refund policy
At Gorgeous Collections Boutique, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you through our return process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Items must be in their original condition, free of damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and final sale purposes, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional clearance events
- Accessories, including but not limited to jewelry, headwear, and other personal items
These exclusions are strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and customer safety.
Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within the eligible return window. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gorgeous Collections Boutique is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will work promptly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
